After Aidan was changed from his incubator to the open bed he did pretty well maintaining his body temp. He did lose an ounce, but that is probably due to the fact that his body was working harder to keep warm.
Since he was doing so well the nurses wanted to try out breast feeding. I have now been paid back for every time nipple pinched someone. Could the nurse have squeezed my boob any harder? We did get the milk down and I fed him his dinner on Sunday night. It went pretty well. Except for the fact that he is a slow eater and lazy. He wants the fast food version instead of the home cooked meal. We've got to work on his effort in the breast feeding department.
