He loves to lock us in the room. Big laughs as he shuts the door
and I'm stuck....
watching him take things out of the closet that he wants to play with (we circulate the toys). He's usually grabbing the art supplies or Grandpa Allen's drum.
watching him rock on the rocking horse...
He's recently learned how to turn on the sound effects on the moving rocking horse and takes me to the horse so I can put him on. He's become an accomplished rider and can rock himself and reposition himself if he starts to slide off.
And of course, the books. This takes up most of my time while being held captive in the room. He finds just the right books and makes you read...

How can you resist when he gets so excited and plops himself down on your lap?
If you start reciting a book (which both Kevin and I can do since he is an AVID reader) he will find it on the shelf for you! (of the books that we read most often)
