A rocking horse! Mommy loved hers as a kid, maybe you will too!
He found out that if you pressed the ears the horse would neigh, move it's tail, lift it's head and make a cloppety clop sound with it's hooves. That would explain the somewhat perplexed look on his face! Mommy's horse wasn't this fancy! There is a real saddle and stirrups, how cool is that?
